When I was living in Statesville, North Carolina I was fortunate to meet people thru Mitchell Community College that
I could work with, do artwork for, and exhibit with.
Now that I am a resident of Georgia I do not have the same venues for marketing,
and meeting people. Barbara has moved to Tennessee back where her roots are and is now working with canvas on boats
and teaching belly dance herself as well as making costumes in her "spare time".
Home owners insurance as agreed to allow
me to run my kiln in my garage. However, no person may come here to purchase or be advised on works.
Therefore this site will be my 'Store
front' for the time being. IF this business takes off then we will be moving our production to its own business location.
Today's progress online has afforded us
a chance to simply put things out and see who has interest. I can (and hopefully will) find some area stores that may
allow me to market in them.
My hopes are to produce works that would
be happily allowed to live or be exhibited in museums. I would love to begin locally as I did in North Carolina and
then as I grow in my artworks that I may acquire more clientele in that area as well.
One thing is for certain, demand will
regulate how the supply is manifested. I so greatly appreciate those who are already interested and those whom I hope
will become so.
